🤝 Intersectional ERG Collaboration – Hybrid Event | March 26
On March 26 from 5:30-7:30pm EDT, join us for a hybrid conversation on Intersectional ERG Collaboration. Many employees hold identities that connect them to more than one ERG, and when ERGs work together, they can better support the whole person.
This session will explore practical strategies for collaboration across LGBTQ+, Women, Black, Latinx, Veterans, and other ERGs to strengthen impact and foster shared accountability, as well as ways that ERGs can recognize and support the intersectional identities of their own members.
This event will take place at Hogan Lovells, 125 High Street, Suite 2010 in Boston as well as via Zoom for remote participants. The main program will run from 6-7pm, with in-person networking before and after, plus online networking via Zoom breakout rooms from 7-7:30pm.
